Returns & Refunds
1. Return Window
At Chethi Batik, we offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 7 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict conditions:
- Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- Packaging and Tags: The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags and labels fully attached.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows any signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or customization reasons:
- Custom-made, personalized, or altered items (e.g., custom measurements).
- Items purchased on clearance or during final sale events.
- Intimate apparel or swimwear for hygiene reasons.
4. How to Initiate a Return

- Provide Details: Include your Order Number and the reason for the return. For defective items, please attach clear photographs.
- Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
5. The Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
- COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer.
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the incorrect size was sent due to our error. For other exchanges, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
7. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
